Sorry, 2.52 billion is not a valid bid.
The previous bid, 2.51 billion, was a 410 million increment over the previous bid before that.
If you wanted to incrementally bid over the last bid (2.51 billion) you would need to bid 2.61 billion, although 2.6 billion works just fine.
